The frost is weak in the bell and seems weak in the lower letters of the Reverse...... But it is still a wonderful coin.........

Perhaps the lighting angle wasn't right to get the bell to look right. Does the lower half look like the wooden support (from a cameo standpoint)? If the bell has the same appearance as the wooden support, I'd take it.
  • Frank's judgement regarding his own coins has always been right on. So, I bet the reverse is better than it appears in the pic. I notice Frank that the lighting appears a little different. The shade of color in the carpet is different. Perhaps an additional shot of the reverse will help. If the reverse is a litter cameo, then perhaps you would be wise to submit the coin to NGC where the standard isn't quite as high.

It's sweet in a holder or not. If your pockets are ching-a-lingy, and the rev. is a little better than the image, you might get a Cam. It still has a great possibly dcam obverse, so in a slab you would have a consensus on it grade regardless of designation.
