Proof IHC registry question re: bonus points

There are bonus points for RB and R in the IHC proof registry. How does that apply to the CN coins 1859-1864?? Are bonus points possible only for Cam/DC with the CN's??

I believe so. The fact that a higher % of CAMs exist in the CNs makes up for that a bit, plus the extra weight they give the 1859, 60 & 61. Aren't the MS CNs the ones that really get shut out as far as bonus points and weighting goes?
