Not really a worry with this one. Jeff is a standup guy, and if there were any problem with the coin once received, he'd stand behind it. People just need to be aware that he's an experienced cameo dealer, so if he thought it would go cam it would have been submitted.
the HepKitty has to agree with Russie, not enough frost in the Liberty Bell, this one doesn't even grade CAM due to this weakness. It is a stunning obverse though.......

Nice coin - but not worth a DCAM premium - I agree with Lucy and Russ - Obverse is great -reverse is typical - would be a nice piece for someone who's not picky about full DCAM's though - watch out for hairlining though - these things are EXTREMELY delicate!
