Where Do You Buy Certified Canadian Coins

In your opinion what are the best sources to find PCGS certified Canadian or UK coins?

Ebay is about the only place that I know of that regularly has PCGS Canadian coins. I don't know about the Torex auction that is coming up in Canada.
