Release Date for the First Flight Commemorative

According the Mint website, the First Flight Centennial Commemorative Coin release date will be August 1, 2003.


PCGS Currency: HOF 2013, Best Low Ball Set 2009-2014, 2016, 2018. Appreciation Award 2015, Best Showcase 2018, Numerous others.

    The Mint will produce no more than:
    100,000 gold ten-dollar coins,
    500,000 silver one-dollar coins, and
    750,000 clad half-dollar coins.
    I couldn't find any info as to how many will be proof and how many will be uncirculated.

    The law regarding these coins does not specify limits for proof or uncirculated. It only provides the limits you listed. Item of interest though - the $10 gold will be a bit larger than usual at 16.718 grams.
