Has anybody bought from Thomas E. Waggoner?

They have a full page ad in Coin World (one of the many). The prices seem to be quite a bit cheaper than most. Looks like they sell mostly raw circulated to AU stuff. I was just curious how there grading was. I might buy a few cheapos as a sample and see how they look.

bought some ouststanding early red lincolns from them once. prices were reasonable because they didn't have to add in the charge for plastic. but i have only had the 1 experience. good luck.

I bought some coins from him back in the 60's. They were actually
better than I expected and the prices and service were excellent.

Bought some Seated Dimes from him a few years back. Coins were nice and a little under graded. Tried some of his Merc Dimes. These were all early hard to find mint marked dimes. All were over graded. Had to return them. About par for the course I would say for a dealer that sells Raw material.
