I have decided to put my PSA 9 Kellogg's Set up for Auction.
I am not leaving the ranks of Kellogg's Klub Kollector's ( I have already started a second set and am more than 60% done.)
I just had so much fun putting the first one together I decided I want to do it again so here goes!
Besides now I can spread the joy of Kelloggs (for a price of course)
Here is the link for anyone interested:FROSTED FLAKE FUN

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... it's about learning to dance in the rain.

We're kind of like the K-mafia. You're never really allowed to leave.

Would that not make you "konnected" ? BTW...there is no "mafia"...its just a fictional creation of the media.
Are we clear on that?

That one line ruined my shirt with coffee this morning, Good Stuff, thanks.
Oh, good Luck on the auction. I would love to see the BIN hit, for all K-Kard Kollectors.
But we Kertainly reserve the right to fit kertain individuals for Kement shoes who Consider the set Modern! As a gesture of good will!
Remember I live in Jersey less than an hour away from the burial grounds (er I mean the Meadow LAnds)...

There is something really fascinating about this set. Maybe it's because it was the first Kellogg's run or that it looks so much better than the 1970 Topps set...in my humble opinion.

Rocco67 - yes, yes, it's all those things and much, much more!!!
Frankly I think it's the power of that gets collectors so enthusiastic for this set.
I wish I could get $30 a card. Maybe I should cancel the auction and just finish the darn thing.

Yup, and never underestimate the power of 3-D .
<< <i>This may sound dumb but isn't it typical for the final hammer on a complete set to be actually lower than the sum of the current per card price (the last 64 Giants PSA 8 set comes to mind). >>
I think that's generally true for larger sets.
Smaller sets like the '64 Topps Giants PSA 8 Set on Ebay was missing the toughest card in the set, and it cost the seller in the end. The '64 Topps Giants PSA 8 Set with Superior was complete and sold for a modest premium to it's breakup value.
