"On occasion you may see an NGC and PCGS Coin of the same grade listed in the newsletter. Sometimes, these coins may be virtually identical in quality, but the NGC coin will be slightly lower priced. It is important to note that the lower price does not mean the NGC coin is an inferior coin, but may instead mean I was able to acquire it a lower price than the PCGS coin!"
Maybe what Rick is pointing out is that the market is driving up prices and not the quality the quality of the merchandise. Anyway his weekly report was interesting.

With Rick M's comments about more strict grading practices, I feel the collector/dealer community may well identify the Airtight holder as a "Montgomery era" coin that will command a price closer to that of the PCGS holder, due to the sticter grading practices. Just another observation.

and then sometimes/many times but not all of the times
if you want to make a quick killing get the ngc coin you just bought for the coin not the holder into the same grade pcgs holder
