I'm not sure if PCGS would grade them because they really don't like toned coins.

Yes on the first 43S. Looks like it has the pastel blue tone that I am a sucker for. The others..... Hmmm.

Dont you think PCGS has got a little more loose with Toned Coins ? I do. Seems like more and more are ending up in thier holders.
