Improperly Dipped Coin Example?

I think this Barber half is an example of a coin which was dipped and not properly rinsed. Any other possibilities?

    He was probably half done in the cleanning process and just got tired of trying to get it looking good. I couldn't imagine what it looked like before heh..

    I agree with danglen, send it to NCS

    Of course I would pass on this one and look for a nicer looking coin!!!

    But that's just me!!

    No, that's not a good example of a bad dip job. It's a good example of ugly tone though. Looks like roaches dookied on it.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
