Bluebook vs. Redbook for Territorial coin values

I am seriously considering purchase of a "rare" territorial gold coin in an AU grade. It is being offered to me for something between five and ten percent over the 2003 Redbook price. What concerns me is the 2003 Bluebook price is more than 50% below the Redbook price which suggests that if I have to sell it no dealer is going to pay me more than half of what I will have into it. I know many of you here are dealers. Do you throw the Bluebook when it comes to Territorials and purchasing of same.?
