Please keep in mind this is only a scan, the strike will appear way weaker than it is due to propping up the slab to try and show the color. The color is as it appears, only has more of it on the reverse and more blue, green and gold around the rims. All the colors are iridescent and when moving the coin around slow it kind of has that watery effect. Since I had to pay a big premium for the coin I made sure it was all there. In other words on this one I wasn't going to pay the price if it got a bump in grade for color.
The centers are pink and purple. The coin grades ms66 by pcgs and is graded correctly. I think the reason it didn't make 67 is the strike is a little weak. There is one light mark on liberty's leg and not much else. This is probably one of the cleanest Walkers I've seen, and with the color on both sides is why the big premium.
No, it's not AT with the colors being on both sides in this case. It's original and a stunner. I have a 67 that's not as clean as this 66.
Well, my 1000 post mark is coming up, would you like me to shut up?
Rev is much more intense than I could capture with a scanner
Thanks for taking a look
