Can somebody help me make a site at MSN?

I have an account and all but I always end up making a group, not a site. So can somebody just IM me at bajateME323 and "show me the way"? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanksimage

    Make one yourself. The only reason why everyone makes it on there is because it has easy to make frames, with the links on the side. Just go to a html site and make one your self liek i did.

    They use the groups. Find me an example of what you're talking about, I'll try and help you find it. If you have an idea of what you want, I'll put one together for ya image.
