Eh, I'm not much of a grader, but the only things I see wrong with it is the hairline scratch in the upper-right direction above the 1951. And the only other problem would be the black dots above the O in dollar on the reverse. Besides that, excellent coin, and nice toning.
The toning appears to be from a album. The bell lines do not seem full. Also I see lots of 'chatter' on Frankies face and also in his shoulder area..... I'll say a ms62 or a 3.

Lori: I was looking at this coin , too but then I read the comments where the Seller states, "
<< <i>"High Grade" means the coin has little or no wear (most of detail still intact). >>
, which shyed me away. Little or no wear to me means AU. The return policy is, however, excellent. Let us know when you receive the coin as to the grade. Link
I would say MS 64.Nice natural toning, but no FBL.
Those two nicks above the hairline scratch look like they might be wheel marks. If they are this coin would get bagged. Don't let my opinion scare you I'm just an amature and post my thought to compare to the more knowledgeable on the boards.
Fields look good and the "chatter" Lucy mentioned might be "roll friction", but for a '51-S, it looks like a real nice coin. Wouldn't be surprised if it was graded 65, but I would call it a 64 if there is no real wear.

I'm curious about this too.
