    Pick the ones you like the best. My opinion if you don't like a coin don't buy it just to complete a set.

    My suggestion would be to take your time, learn about whichever coins you'll be adding to your collection and then seek out the best you can afford at reasonable prices. You also may want to be contrarian and try to pick those which are NOT "hot" at the moment and get the best bang for your buck.

    An 11 piece Gold Commem set could be worth considering also.
