What does DMPL really mean? Is this one?

For all the Morgan lovers out there, how does this coin rate a DMPL? It looks hazed, has a thumbprint and spoltchy toning. Help me out.

And by the way, I think the PCGS test for DMPL is 4 inch reflection. There was an explanation of this on the Q&A board that you can check with.
Edited to Add: Yes, I just check the Q&A Boards. Back in September Rick Montgomery stated that the fileds must have at least 4 inches of reflective depth and the reflection must be clear. He gave the analogy that they cannot be misty like a bathroom mirror. Also the coin has to qualify on both sides and when rotated so that there is no interruuption of depth or clarity from die polishing lines as happens on some coins--he gave the 1897-s dollar as an example
