Is PCGS opening up on the grading? I've seen 5 new pop top Walkers in the last 2 months. I went 5 1/2 for 6 on my submissions. Is there a change a foot? Only a few months ago, the column was filled with much disgust over the grading.

No, remember Dec, was the busiest month ever at PCGS. With that many coins being graded you are bound to get some POP tops. I think it is more related to the hot market and everyone going through all the coins they have not looked at in years to see what they have.

You know it WalkerGuy!! A lot of coins that have been next to/or impossible to make are poppin' like kernels in the Redenbacher kitchen thanks to the ever-evolving new and improved PCGS grading standards. Don't waste your money on high-grade pop tops now cuz they'll be "next-to" coins real soon! It's really disgusting for anyone who has worked hard to find nice coins in the past. How is it possible that after all these years "hoards" of pop top and new highest grade pops are being achieved?????????
