It seems like about 25% of all Ebay activity is either criminal, bizarre and just plain inexplicable.

Who knows. Did someone Email the bidders and ask what they heck they were doing?

maybe they see that there is an 'S' under the date?...i admit to looking at the image of this coin in it's holder for a rare,possible seller oversight...a few weeks ago i saw an auction for a "mountain of unsearched wheaties" with a 1909 VDB thrown in with a "clearly readable mintmark"...

I have no crystal ball,and I've predicted a rise in prices realized for the Lincolns.But it was for MS coins.I cannot even fathom what these bidders are thinking.
