1964 Half Dollar question

Dad told me I had some coins in the bank box I didnt know I had or forgot about.A BU roll of `64 Kennedys,BU roll of `64 D Washingtons,(2) Bicent.mint sets, one with an Ike with doubling on ONE DOLLAR.I think its machine doubling though..and some nice darksiders too.
Question I have is about the Halfs..All are nice and BU (lusterous) except one which seems to have a matte finish.
I know what a cleaned coin looks like believe me,so I know it isnt whizzed or anything. Are these anything or just a different type of finish and nothing to get excited over?
Thanks in advance.

Could be an SMS, which would make it worth some extremely obscene amount of money.

It looks like it has a brushed-aluminum look.
Again ,I know its not post-strike alterations.

    Cam40,

A very limited number of SMS sets were minted; estimates are in the 10 to 15 range. PCGS shows a pop of nine halves graded, BUT they show a pop of 23 quarters graded, so I wonder about the estimates. If it were actually an SMS and in decent grade, you could probably start the value at about $10k and work up from there.

Of course the odds of it actually being one are about the same as winning Powerball.
