What does the designation "FL" stand for and how is it graded?

That's another abbreviation for "FBL" or "Full Bell Lines." Graded according to the same criteria.

Thank you. I have a couple of these that I've picked up at various places and I think I will look at them tonight. Both should be in the MS67-68 category and one may be proof. I just don't know anything about these.

I asked a similar question a few months ago. Here`s a link that maybe worth your while with a " FBL " designation on Franklins.
