The bottom one appears to be more solid frost especially the wooden bar area over the bell. Also the face of ole Ben on the top one looks a little thin on the frost.
Since I know nothing about this series, I have nothing to lose.
I would say the 1963 (bottom) because the middle of the bell as well as the wood (as mentioned above) as well as on the obverse Franklins temple, nose, cheek in front of ear and lapel all look to be more fully DCAM than on the 1962.
I also wanna say those are dam good pics. I spent hours yesterday trying to get something that looks that good and didn't get anywhere near that kind of results.
hmmmm.... The 62 misses the designation, and the 63 only gets a CAM....... Neither is DCAM. Due to the photography skills, both come off as very strong CAMS at the least....

MHO.
Unless this is a trick question, if this is a trick question I'll say it is the opposite of what it looks like to me
The devices seem more frosted on the '63 and there is that reflection by e pluribus unum in the image which suggests good, deep mirrors to me.
