With 72-present running out, what will be the new special?

I would like something to include 1971 Topps baseball at $5.00 a card. I now have over one hundred raw cards I would like to send in from this year. Most are commons and can only afford to do it under this type of special. That is my wish!
  • I believe it is the Super Bowl Special: 2 for $10, but you must be attending the show.

As for me, I wish they would extend the current set registry special until the end of the month.

    Time will tell.

    Just spoke to PSA....

The folks in the customer service area haven't been told yet. They figure that they should hear by tomorrow.

    I'm betting on a $5.00 special for switch hitting catchers from 84 - 86!image

Always looking for 1972 O-PEE-CHEE Baseball in PSA 9 or 10!

  • Was waiting for last minute to see if I should wait for next special to send more cards. I guess I will just send half now postmarked today. I guess it doesn't get much better than $5 a pop.

  • I wish they would make this $5 special a permanent thing. It has encouraged collectors to pursue the sets and I know they are still making money at $5 a card. I would like to see $5 become permanent and maybe like $6 for pre 1972 cards.

    Just my $.02 worth.

I'm sure if you submit in bulk (200+), PSA would work a deal out with you.
  • I am kind of happy with the new special. They have been running specials so long that it has driven down the secondary market.
Let's take a break from specials for a while. Thanks PSA.
