It's a way for a seller to put something up for sale without having to wait for the auction to finish. I've done it. He wants a price for it and would sell it to the first bidder at that price.

Coppercoins is right. I've seen plenty of these types of auctions. It's something that the seller wants to get rid of as fast as possible.

Also they buy and grade/slab a bunch of coins - they probably have quite a few of these that didn't have any CAMs or DCAMs and may want to move them out fast ( I wouldn't be surprised if after this sold - another got relisted within a couple days - maybe even with same photo)
