Thanks guys already you make me feel welcome and part of the group . to answer some questions: The 1988 Fournier Estrellas set was an NBA licensed set made produced in spain . Sort of a card game with only 33 cards to the set . What people didnt know was there were randomly inserted mini stickers inserted of star players in about 25% of the sets . With Jordan , Bird and Magic being double printed ,these are the most commonly seen stickers . almost no one has the other 7 players,
I have heard estimates of less than 10 complete sets known in the USA . not sure how true as i managed to put together all but 3 sets ! anyway i`m obssessed with these stickers and am always looking for more.
I collect lots of oddball stuff , Panini , Jewel prism , type of stuff thats hard to get and unheard of. started collecting late 80`s early 90`s during the flood and i guess thats why i turned away from the mainstream sets . Thanks again guys ! i appreciate the remarks .
