Graders looking at too many modern proofs/cause harsh grades for business strikes?

Are the PCGS graders looking at so many recently submitted modern proofs, sent in in hopes of a 70, that it is causing them to be extremely harsh on their grading of business strikes? Here are my lowest grades ever on a group of nice modern business strikes: Latest horrible grades. Have been submitting coins for years and have never experienced this. Any thoughts from anyone? Help!. Well link didn't work again, Invoice # is 9002445. Someone provide a link, thanks.

you go to profile scroll down until you see a box that says turn on pm's check that box then you should be ready to get pm's

I don't know how to link to that either, but here are your results... that's gotta hurt a bit I see people selling PCGS MS68 Statehood quarters on eBay every week, some in new holders, for hundreds. They're usually no better than MS67's, just gimmies from a big submission (I always check the cert numbers above and below). Seems like the moral of the story is "you have to spend the big bucks to get the big grades"
