Why don't you fill us in on whats different about it. I just bought what I guess is an old one to learn fast about this series. Is it worth jumping to get this new one?

    What's new:

The values are updated, and so is the population data. The pop tables now show break out the FBL coins as well. The author's opinion on the scarcity of some dates has changed a bit. There are three new appindexes which are papers submitted by the grading companies (Incl. one by Rick Montgomery, "president of PCGS" image) on the PCGS and NGC definitions of FBL and CAM/DCAM and some info on the NGC registry, these chapters don't really tell us anything we don't already know. There is a new listing for the 1961 proof double die, incl. rarity estimates in several grades. Each date has now got a paragraph for MS64FBL which didn't exist in the first book.

The images in the second edition however have badly degraded and look like they were quickly scanned in, and you can see pixelation (some of the images are really bad in this regard).

The author has also added some new comments where appropriate within the date by date analysis.
