Search or not. 1998-2002 cents??

Is it a waste of time to search through these years of cents? Is there anything to be found. Can you find a RPM or a doubled die in these years? If there is nothing there I would just cash them in , but if there is a chance of finding something, I would look through them. Remember you are talking to a guy with zero for a coin budget, no registry set . Just hoping to find something worth a few bucks to put toward the coins I would really like. Thanks

No RPMs, no doubled dies - too late for that. There are the type 2 cents, the ones with the A and M split (not touching). Those still sell relatively well, but are only known on Philly minted cents. I'm assuming that's what we're discussing.

Don't cash them in anyway...I'll pay for them and shipping, plus a bit for the trouble to have them here.
