Other series seeing increases in PR70s?

I see there are now over 70 state quarteers in 70DCAM...are other series seeing this grade given out as well? A thread on the US Forum with somebody's submission results of bicentennial proofs and silver Ikes showed a lot of 69DCAMs, but not one 70DCAM. Are the graders just giving out the 70s for the state quarters as it is a major source of revenue (I mean lots of state quarters being submitted). Have these been showing up on those great cable TV coin shows? Just curious.

Proof Kennedys up by four in the last month or so.

You probably already know, monsta, but three 2002 Jeff proofs have been graded PR-70 DCAM in recent weeks. One landed in Frank Corso's superlative set... I do not know about post-1975 (beyond '02), but I know no Jeff proofs 1974 and earlier have received a 70 in the past seven months.
  • Russ,

Unfortunately I lost the spreadsheet with November population.
    What year increased the pop?
Do you believe that is result of re-grades or new submissions?

    << <i>What year increased the pop? >>

    Edson,

    Since 11/26/02:

    1992-S Silver, up 1 to 58
    1995-S, up 1 to 8
    1996-S Silver, up 1 to 30
1998-S Silver, up 1 to 1 *Bear grabbed this one.image

There was also a 1994-S Silver made in the month prior to that period, but that was before the big management change.

I don't know, but I'm hoping it's regrades since I have three in right now.image

  • Russ,

Thanks for your attention and good luck in the re-grades.

I sent an AH DCAM, that have good chance to be a 67 (with luck also) or 66 at least. Let's see.

  • I posted these about a month ago for 1999-present coins. Updated totals as of today in ()s:

    Cents -- 2 graded (2 NC)
    Nickels -- 5 graded (5 NC)
    Dimes -- 4 silver, 4 clad (6S, 4C +2S)
    Quarters -- 28 silver, 35 clad (36S, 37C +8S,+2C)
    Halves -- 1 silver (2S +1S)
    Dollars -- 3 graded (3 NC)
    Silver Bullion -- 7 graded (8 +1)
    Gold Bullion -- 9 graded (10 +1)
    Platinum Bullion -- 5 graded (5 NC)
    Commems -- 29 graded (43 +14)

So, in one month, you have an additional 29 PR-70DC's dated 1999 to present. I didn't catch stats for the dates prior to these.
