With the mark on the chin, and a little chatter in the highest hair curl, IMO PCGS max would be a 65???

I like it as a 65. The mark near the mouth would mean 64, but the toning and luster bump it one grade. Pretty coin.

That mark on the obverse in a key area will keep this at MS64.
