I've got one that looks almost exactly like it. An 1878S in 63. I've been torn on whether to send it to NCS, though. The surfaces are PL and maybe DMPL but didn't get the categorization due to the toning. But there is a nice long gouge on the nose running into the field that the toning makes it not stand out as much, but I wonder if it was conserved right whether PCGS would NG it the second time. The problem is evident even with toning so it's one of those "who knows" situations.
The seller says "It has pretty toning on both sides" and it probably doesn't look as drab as the picture. It's not what everybody else would consider an attractive monster but you paid a fair price for it. It's kinda neat & different.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
