I think they're ugly. The only reason I have any is a) That happened to be the half the year I was born and b) I need one for my modern proof type set.
Interesting...you take a 1963 proof cent and say it's run of the mill, and I still see opportunity. Many different doubled dies exist on 1960-1964 proof cents, each sell for $10-$50 per coin, even without the frosting. I guess you could take all your "run of the mill" proofs, sell them to me at "run of the mill" prices, and I'll profit from them
