    Mine popped right open - it's an Excel file. Very nice piece of work.

    Frank and others - Glad you like it!

    Since not everyone has MS Excel (or perhaps still has an older version), I will also convert it to a Word document and send it out later today. It won't have the "jump to section" index, but at least you will have the content.

    Also, if there are any HTML wizards out there who can convert it online, that would work best of all. I don't know zip about HTML programming but maybe someone else will be up to that challenge.
