Who is eBay seller Delaney91101?

I was looking with my daughter for some Lincolns for her Dansco and I noticed many listings by Delaney91101. They are no images. The seller is from the Hartford, Conn. area. Immediately I thought this might be another incarnation of CTNumisnaut [Fred]. Anyone know for sure.

I think he went into business with his son-in-law and that is who I think it is.

fred serafino,used to be on coin net. got thrown off for the pos he is like dchump,well maybe not quite as bad. the plot thickens. a lot of you all will be shocked once i am in a position to divulge certain info.
anyway,he was ctnumis,built up thousands of feebacks,then ripped in a short period hundreds of folks for 50g+
even got us on a couple in aug 2001 when he changed to->

ebc800 over a year ago built up 7 or 800 feedbacks then went on that same 5 or 6 week ripoff of hundreds of folks to the tune of 35-50 g or so then comes back as->

yep,delaney91101 he's about at the end of this run also.
i won a 53 proof set from him in working with the postal inspector to try and get him finally so they can throw him under the jail for 15-20. i was told to write the check NOT to c & t collectibles but make it out to->
fred serafino/dba c & ct collectibles so if he cashed it we could get warrants to review his banking history as well as postal box changes each time he schemes and runs. he's a bit crafty and everyone despises him,kind of like they all do dchump. but guess what ? 3 weeks or so goes by i inquire where my proof set.
reply is "we never got payment" yeah,right. got payment realized the implications of cashing a check written to fred serafino/dba c & t collectibles and shredded it into a thosand pieces.
BUT.....we're still working on him, JUST LIKE WE'RE still working on dchump. difference is DCHUMP is stupid and not crafty enough to evade being caught and brought out into the truth light.....

He gave me the only negative I had on Ebay.He is the worst kind of scumbag.This guy definitely needs to be in jail !!! IMHO
