  • They're not easy to find, but they are also not impossible--but if you find one, it is liable to be pretty pricey. 1965's and 1966's are much harder than 1967's. And also more expensive. R&I has had a 1965 MS67DCAM listed for some time noe for $10,500. 1967's in 67DCAM are more like $1,000 (I paid substantially less than $1000 for mine about a year ago). And I think I remember seeing a 1966 recently somewhere (maybe R&I; maybe David Hall) for $1600 or $1700, or so. None of this is too surprising since there are nearly three times as many DCAM 1967's (72 in all grades) than there are either 1965 (26) or 1966 (27).

    Hope this helps.

  • Hi Tim,

How are you? Too cold? Yesterday I faced 100 degrees here.

    Pete is absolutely right.
I expended almost 2 years to put together my 3 coins, at high cost. Last Monday in Teletrade a 1965 PR67DCAM was reached $7 K and the deal wasn't realized (I suppose that can be the same coin of R&I). The more interesting point is the majority of the graded coins don't appear in the Registered Sets. Less than 5 sets are 100% DCAM.

    Nice Sunday,

Cameos? I gots em if you need them!
  • I know R&I had theirs on eBay a couple times. I think I saw it as high as about $7,000 which did not meet the reserve. So I suspect they may have tried Teletrade. The 1966 in MS67DCAM that I mentioned is (or at least I saw it fairly recently) a David Hall coin with an asking price of $2950 (my earlier post was worng---was confusing it with a 67DCAM 1967 Roosevelt dimethat is listed by R&I for $1600).
