How Was The IHC Showdown Displayed?

I missed the Fall IHC showdown. I loved the commentary and congratulate the participants. One question I had was how were the coins displayed? I assume they were locked in a standard glass case. Inside the case were they just laid out, or were they in an Eagle album, or how?

Thanks for the info.

    Greg,

They were in standard glass cases, with the nice ladies from PCGS taking them out for whoever wanted a closer look.

    Paul:

Inside the cases we they in standard certified red coin trays, or just laid in the cases. I am asking because I want to put together a local display, and it seems like the IHC competition was a hit.

  • I saw the IHC showdown in Long Beach a few months ago and it was worth going to the show just for that alone.

They were laid in the case. Case was lined but can't remember the color - black??
