Its a rare prototype colorized coin from the mint. they took frankie out of circulation and all the left overs and made this design. It was supposed to be Ben getting his brains-fried from the lightening. but the franklin collectors rebeled and dipped all of the colorized frankies. Geez those heavy drinkin frankie collectors showed no mercy on cleaning those Bens there was a nation wide shortage of Jewel-luster. They dipped them so hard that all the 53-S's lost there FBL's. How this one survived we may never know!
