Have a nice weekend everyone - I'll be back here bright and early Monday monring to begin my moderating duties in earnest.

In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas for me on how to moderate most effectively, please jot it down on a post-it note and stick it to the upper right side of your computer and I'll read them when I come in.
