Any help in contacting them via Email or especially phone would be nice as I cannot check my submission status online--My account doesnt show up...Thanks.

BASEBALLFAN80....you should be carefull on these boards asking about Beckett, there are PSA loyalists that will take your head off if you mention anything other than PSA.

I have submitted cards online and absolutly loved the service. They sent me emails when the cards arrived, when the grading was complete with serial numbers and grades and the shipping tracking number when the cards shipped out. Loved the service. They do actually respond to emails pretty quick. I was very happy with their email service, and if you have to talk to someone, Peter Aman is the guy to talk to.
Despite being a "Beckett-head", you're still a guy I respect. Perhaps I did get a little testy there, but if Beckett is so darn good, why can't he make any phone contact with them. He!! they don't even have an 800 number! Real customer service!
