saw steve ryn buy a baby rattler slabbed pcgs 1925-p dollar in 64 at the dallas ana early 90's that looked about like it. not a mark on it. turnd out it was removable toning not etched in. next week it was a blazing white pcgs 1925-p ms67 !!
is there luster on it, besides the dak toning, the coin appears dead [no luster]
The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.
I'm sorry, but that is one of the ugliest Peace Dollars I have seen in a while. Which generation NGC slab is it in? If it is in one of the new ones, I can believe it. I wouldn't pay $10 for that coin.

I've seen a few truly black coins but only about 3 - 10 in 20 years.
