Best way to clean up a Wash.25

I just plucked this out of one of my boxes.You can not see any crud on it with your naked eye or with a 10x glass.When I scanned it you can see a lot of black areas on the obverse and reverse.This is a 1994 quarter with a lot of doubling on obverse and reverse and the scan will not pick it up.I can see all the doubling with the 10x.Any suggestions?

Sounds like machine doubling. Is the doubled area rounded in nature or does it look boxy around the devices?

Expert:The eagles beak is very rounded and the "in" not so much.The branch and lower part of the left wing are also doubled.

Use a brillo pad and right into a ACG MS68 holder!!!

Try posting a scan anway. You never know, we may be able to see it.
