The estimate for that coin was $9,450-$12,600. Are they on crack. Why not just list the coin with an estimate of face value?

I thought someone here said this coin would top 100K?
  • With the BP it's 111,000. *pucker!*

    Edit : Actually that's 106,375 forgot it's only 15% on floor 20% on ebay

I'm watching the IHCs right now, waiting for them to get to the Two Centers. Many of these coins have estimates of $45 to $60 and are going for $thousands. It's obvious Heritage made no effort to provide realistic estimates.

PCGS 1877 in MS66 RD just closed at $67,500.

Some of those same "$45.00- 60.00" estimates were being given on MintState Seated dollars.
Maybe the boys at Heritage were taking a page out of Lucy's book and living in the 50's?

Quietly picking up some nice 1982 no P dimes in PCGS MS-67,65,64,63 grades at reasonable prices.

Hard to believe this is now considered the King of roosevelt dimes in mint state?
