If I want to increase my bid online and am already the high bidder will I be increasing the current high bid?
On the Bowers auctions you can not increase your already high bid.
On Ebay I believe you can.
How about on Heritage?

On Heritage...if you're tied with someone and you're still the high bidder...if you raise your bid, it will jump up one bid interval right off the bat. Otherwise, no jump.
