By the way, thanks for the calender!
Michael
Bad guess as to the number NGC has graded.
As for the calendar.....my pleasure.
[So, as memory serves me correctly, you're a toned peace dollar collector. Want one in NGC MS 64 or 65 (I forget the grade, date and price)
with an extremely purple obverse? I can get a hold of it tomorrow for the particulars if you're interested.]

Doesn't that seem surprisingly low?

I'm impressed you remember my area of interest/obsession.
Thanks
Michael
PS I think Greg cheated and he looked @ the NGC Pop numbers, no one's that good!
Also,I wished I,d been in-charge of the picture taking.I would have avoided that glare first thing.Use maybe two lights
and get right on top of the it looking for the best angle to shoot from.We got digital now.No film.Take as many photos as your harddrive can take.,,,hundreds of thousands.......
Reshoot it.It deserves to be shown right what with all the color and all.Its a monster.
Low pop?
I think its high.32 that high with 3 higher? For a coin that old and that grade?
......PLONK me..
Edited to add that its a stunning piece and I,d be thrilled to have that in my collection.
I,m still looking for my first Trade dollar purchase.I might Ebay one or at a local show.....unless someone can
find me a good one at the FUN show?....
Maybe Tradedollarnut crossed a bunch from NGC to PCGS and skewed the pops?
It is possible NGC is just stricter on them in MS66 than PCGS. Who knows...
