Determining if it's an Accented Hair without tipping off the seller.:)

If you look carefully at the coin in this auction, it appears that it might be the Accented Hair variety, but difficult to say for certain. Now, one could ask for a better scan of the obverse, but the problem is that he already has a decent scan and he might get suspicious.
So, I asked for a scan of the reverse, and sure enough it had the broken rays and straight G. Came in today, and it's a nice one right on the cusp of cameo.

This is actually the second raw AH I've picked up from him. The first one was obvious, though, so I had stiff competition and paid more.

RGL,
If you're talking about the set you won in the Capital plastics holder, I didn't miss it. I even had the seller send me closeup scans of the Kennedy. Sorry.

RGL,
It's not that. I've frequently paid that much or more. In this particular case I thought the strike was too weak, and since he said it was an Accented Hair right in the title of the auction, I figured it would bring stronger money than I was willing to pay for the coin.
