    boggsie,

Unless the corners are actually worse off than the scan shows - I'm betting that you get 6's with both of them.

    Boggsie,

    May I suggest plan C

It's on EBAY currently and priced at less than the grading fee.

Also, this card is pretty sweet...but the seller is kind of shadyimage

To answer your question...the bottom card looks stained on the top right.

  • Alan,

    Way to do your homework!!!
Impressive and should be very helpful.

Please be kind to me. Even though I'm now a former postal employee, I'm still capable of snapping at any time.

I wasnt to worried about the grade. I have had them since child hood that was the reason I wanted them graded .

    Alan,

That O-Pee-Chee card looks pretty bad... Bad card and shady dealer doesn't make a good combination!image

  • Boggs,

Do you mean the '71 NL HR Leaders card? If so, I guess your scan did not do it justice. Those corners don't look too great in the scan and I thought there were a couple of PD's on the card? Just wondered.

Yes the same cards in the picture. My scanner shows picture darker then what they are. I emailed the Co but gave up when ever I change the settings from dark to normal it dosent remember the settings. I will put up a better scan of the card when I recieve it.

  • Nice, but isn't that a stain on the top?

If so, should have got a (ST) qualifier.

    Dale/James,

That's what I was referring to in my previous post ("Those corners don't look too great in the scan and I thought there were a couple of PD's on the card?".

I just think that's a really ugly PSA 8. Just my opinion - don't beat me up too much for it. image

I agree it is Fugly this card is a 7 st or straight 6 , 1/2 my order is ugly. Read my rant below this post to get an idea. This is the only card that is over graded.
