Long processing times for grading! anyone else?

I submitted 3 invoice to PCGS and they got them on 11-27. 2 invoices showed back to me BEFORE Christmas but the 10 coin invoice has not shown up yet. This happening to anyone else? I have sent 2 eamils and no response whatsoever. Who can I call?

They must be really backed up. I have 49 coins on 2 Economy invoices they initially processed on 11/22. I had a 21 coin Modern turnaround in 2 1/2 weeks, also processed 11/22.

I have a Regular service submission and tues. is the 15th business day. That is 3 solid weeks not including the holidays and I paid $30 a coin. Its been in sealing for 3 days so its about half way through the process. Regular at one time meant 15 days but 21 is now the standard.

Longest ever time for me: rec'd 12/09 & still in process. I will cut some slack for the holidays though.

Short or long the wait is always rough and the more so this time since I stepped away from Morgans and sent in my first copper
