I watched just a little of the action and checked on a few lots i would have bid on if the process was more equitable.
I saw many internet buyers sniped or maybe too slow on the bid key? Very unfair! All that abuse and paying an xtra 5% fpr the priveledge.
What was deader than dead were the comem golds, no bids at all on some. Morgans were also slow.
Anyone reading this and now back in their home / hotel room wish to comment? Thoise following on line please comment as well.

I noticed some of the trade dollar prices were very weak, but I didn't preview those coins, so I don't know the quality. An NGC MS63 1876-CC brought only $7k+15% and the proofs I checked on went very cheap (see related thread regarding 1875 DCAM).
the 75 deep cameo trade the scan is not that good but scans are sometimes very deceptive
has anyone seen this 75 deep cameo pcgs 65 in person????
sincerely michael
Some of the better looking proof seated halves and quarters brought less that the ones that were not as "good looking." No doubt hidden hairlines. EVP was going to preview this session but he was late in arriving and Superior shutdown viewing at 4:00. Their loss however.

My max bid here was 140.00. it went for radiculus price
my bid for this one was 400.00 I knew it was low but still... D_MN
My max bid here was 3500.00 it went for twice that much, I'm sad but I cannot afford 7G anyway...
I prefer superior to heritage. bics are better and heritage takes forever to load.... .... ..... ...... ..... ..... .....
Nicest proof quarters in the auction... 1861, 1871, 1875, 1884
Niceest proof halves... 1863, 1865, 1873NA, 1880, 1882, 1883, 1884
Wasn't there, just my report.
I also placed bid on that 1859 quarter...my bid was $500 and I thought it was strong enough, lol.
And also bid on this
bust half my bid was somewhere around $650............................................................................................................................................................................oh
