Coins Not Showing Up on Pop Report

I personally have 3 colonial coins that are not showing up on the pop report.

I know they aren't there because these are all pop-top coins and the report currently shows zero at 'my' grade levels.

I've had these coins for more than 6 months each slabbed as they are now.

When you do the cert. verification function on the PCGS site using the slab numbers they do come back confirming the grade, so they are in the PCGS system with the grade shown on the slab.

I've checked with customer service and I've Emailed Hall directly.

I mention this here because I have only 100 coins and if 3% of mine aren't showing up on the pop report, I'd say thats pretty significant and perhaps very misleading for those of you who make buy and sell decisions based on these numbers.

I'd be pretty surprised if I was the only one having such a problem.

Must be a data problem, I made a pop top merc
in 68fb last week and the pop went from 6 to 7

I've had many other coins show up in the meantime just as they are supposed to, so its not a question of them failing to update the entire section or something like that.

But again, I doubt I'm the only person and these are the only 3 coins so affected.
