Another toning example - Barber quarter

What are the opinions on whether this looks to be natural toning or not. If natural, do you think it looks nice? Would this grade in the AU range?

    I'm not going to say whether it's naturall for certain,but if it isn'. how would some one artifically tone a coin in multiple shades?
    The President claims he didn't lie about taxes for those earning less then $250,000 a year with public mandated health insurance yet his own justice department has said they will use the right of the government to tax when the states appeals go to court.

    nice coin, IMO the coin is an EF+ with an old cleaning, with the rainbow toning resulting from natural storage since. Worth a small premium, someone with a taste for this look would pay strong AU money.

    Looks great and natural to me! MIght be a kraft envelope or album tone.
