Artificial toning info online

image Lots of threads lately which had some reference to AT or fear of AT on a coin someone wanted to buy. Go to google's browser and type in "artificial toning" and you will have access to lots of information on the subject. Its important to have knowledge in this area, it will save you money. One other thing, unfortunately there are lots of unsavory characters hiding out there who know how to break open NGC and ANACS holders, stick an AT coin in there and seal them back up. If I had any real question about a coin in one of those holders, I would send it back to the grading service and get them to see if its real, if the coin is worth lots of money.
